Scan the rate con
Photograph the rate confirmation. Rate Con reads the rate, miles, and stops, then shows what you clear after fuel, tolls, deadhead, and your own cost per mile. Green means take it. Red means pass.
Clock the dock
Tap Arrived when you pull in and Done when you leave. Both taps get a GPS stamp. Fifteen minutes before free time runs out, one tap sends the broker a prewritten notice so the clock is on the record.
Send the invoice
The app builds a one page detention invoice with both time stamps and the notice time, then opens your share sheet. You send it by text, email, or the broker's portal. Nothing goes out without you.

Rate Con questions
Is Rate Con an insurance product?
No. It is a separate phone app built by Fast Trucking Insurance Quotes for owner-operators and small carriers. Joining the waitlist does not request an insurance quote, and nobody will call you about insurance because you signed up.
Does the app send the detention invoice to the broker for me?
No. Version one builds the invoice and opens your phone's share sheet. You text it, email it, or attach it to the broker's form. You see every invoice before anyone else does, and nothing is sent automatically.
Where does the detention rate come from?
If the rate confirmation states detention terms, the app uses those. If it does not, it uses the hourly rate and free hours you set once in Setup. The suggested default is $75 an hour after 2 free hours, which is inside the range most brokers pay.
Does it track my location all day?
No. Location is used only while the app is open, and only two points per stop, arrival and departure. There is no background tracking, and the app never reads ELD or hours of service data. The time stamps are your own records.
When does it launch and what will it cost?
